Some students were thrilled to encounter a coyote yesterday walking along the bow river! See below: We had a fantastic morning watching our inventions come to life! In the afternoon we had a chance to visit with our Grade 6 buddies and discussed our inventions and also saw what they invented for this special day. Tomorrow is Kid Inventors' Day!
If your child requires any materials from home to create their invention, please send them to school tomorrow. Today we created blueprints for our inventions as well as created material lists for what we will need to be successful tomorrow. In Math, we finished taking inventory of our exploration materials. As a class, we decided that it's much easier to bundle items into groups of 10, 20, 25 or 50 than rather just sort the items by colour or size. REMINDER: - Please return field study forms ASAP (Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation) - Please return home reading folders on Friday for teacher check
